Deposit Policy

All appointments require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits apply as credit to the remaining total balance during check-out. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment has been rescheduled/cancelled before 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Client may conveniently reschedule their existing appointments online with no additional deposit fees, unless it is within 72 hours of their existing appointment time. 

 

PRIOR TO APPOINMENT

Clients must be on time to their appointments and they must have their I.D with them. Clients must wear a face mask and wash their hands when they arrive.

 

LATE POLICY

Arrival exceeding 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time will result in an automatic cancellation and forfeited deposit. 

 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received 72 hours before scheduled appointment time. Client may conveniently reschedule their existing appointments online with no additional deposit fees, unless it is within 72 hours of their existing appointment time. Appointment cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled appointment time will forfeit all deposits.”No Call / No Show” Policy: Client must pre-pay for services at the time of booking (non-refundable), full payment required 72 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time or the appointment will be canceled.

 
 
 

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Clients may park in the space labeled “visitor” or “100”, if unavailable, free public parking is located directly across from the suites.
